Oca Grassa means “fat goose” in Italian and that simply translates to “goodness in life”. Personally, I have patronized this joint many times with my friends & family and it is still thumbs up for me. The reason is simple because the food served here lives up to its name, just like the mastermind behind all these fantastic dishes in their menu.
I had the pleasure in meeting the head chef Edwin Lau earlier this year and I must say his style of cooking impressed me but not because the food were dished out in a fancy way in fact it was the quality of the food that speaks its own story. From the freshness of the seafood to the tenderness of the steak, every bite presented a great sense of passionate and dedication from Edwin and his team.
